Gameplay trailer for Dead Space remake
A remake of the classic sci-fi horror game, Dead Space, is on-going but a gameplay trailer was released recently showing off the new look and gameplay as well as the main characters voice.
The main character, Isaac Clarke, is a space engineer who responds to a distress signal and goes over to fix the ship. His girlfriend happens to be station on the ship as well. However, as he continues through the ship, he finds that something is very, very wrong.
The game is not a straight remake. The developers intend to remake the game and bring it up to modern standards, but also to recreate that feeling a player had when they first experienced the original game. This means that there will be some new elements as well as other elements that have been cut (such as the tram).
The game launches January 27, 2023.
