Our site does not track, store or sell your data. Like, our code is not set up for that at all.

Our server service provider may provide us with statistics based on access to the files stored on our server and how often they are accessed, but this information is very high-level and not detailed or accurate enough for purposes of tracking or identification of individual users.

3rd Party Services and Links

However, we may use or link to some third party services (such as Google Ads and YouTube) that may track and store your data. In these cases, the information is stored on their servers. We often do not have control over their actions in regards to your data, and in the cases that we do, it may be arbitrary or limited. The onus is on them to provide you with their privacy policy and deal with your data appropriately. They do not fall under our purview and therefore we are not responsible for how they may use your data.

Currently, our merch store is hosted entirely by another service provider. We do not transfer any data from our site to theirs. Their compliance should be managed on their site. We do not have control over the use or storage of your data on their site.

GDPR Compliance for EEA (European Union) Members

Our site does not actively market or target members of the European Union, EEA, or UK & Ireland. We do not store any personal data on our servers, but may link to third party services that do (such as YouTube and Google Ads) and is outside our control or purview.

Access to our site and services is available in the European Union, EEA, and UK & Ireland for our regular users and staff/admins who would normally be outside of that region but may be passing through or temporarily staying there (for example, on vacation or business trip). If you reside in that region but do not fall under the noted category, you are not authorized to use this site or sites directly affiliated with us, and should exit the site immediately as you may be in violation of your local laws in regards to GDPR. If you choose to disregard the notice, we will not be held responsible for any violations as a result of your usage and you further indemnify us from any and all fines and/or other possible actions against us due to your unauthorized usage.
