Rise of the Ronin trailer
Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo have been working on a game for a long time and it was finally revealed during the Playstation State of Play in September. The game is titled Rise of the Ronin.
Rise of the Ronin takes place in 1863 Japan after the infamous Black Ships event forced Japan to open up its borders. It looks like it may be similar to an Assassin’s Creed game which is ironic because Ubisoft had just announced an Assassin’s Creed game set in Japan. But if it’s fun, it doesn’t matter how many of these games we get.
Unfortunately, it is a PS5 exclusive. This from the company that complained about the possibility of Microsoft making Call of Duty an XBOX exclusive. Kind of weakens their argument, right?
